Hello there,
the same thing happened to me after todays Windows update.
But for some weird reason the event manager pointed at "...\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\igdlh64.inf_amd64_250db833a1cd577e\igdrclneo32.dll" although i never had an AMD CPU or GPU in my system.
After deleting the .dll it immediately worked again, as if nothing happened.
