I found the fix. I had to dig in deeper for the option in SVP to reset all settings. Once i reset SVP, it promps me to enter the license. After entering my license, the SVP starts working normally in videos.

Like the title says, SVP Pro does not start at all but SVP Free does start just fine. What's the problem here?
Also my license manager's activated computer list is empty. I tried looking through SVP Pro option. It says it's registered but it doesn't show up in my license manager. Please HELP!!!
