NVOF is not an "AI" thing at all.
"SVP RIFE TensorRT" can use NVOF for a scene change detection only.
At least NVOF is still here... I was in doubt because NVOF SDK was not updated since 2023, and that thing was just a techno-demo, not usable in a real life and again, was not updated for two years.
But the NVIDIA guy on their dev forums just replied: "Optical Flow is quite essential to Frame Generation so yes, OF is still supported."

in fact, since you have mpv64 folder in PATH, you can just delete the original libmpv-2.dll file

If you're telling that MPC-BE crashes when playing FLV files with Avisynth Filter enabled - then no idea, not SVP's problem.
MPC-HC doesn't crash.
SVP doesn't care about file format. If Avisynth Filter is active when playing a video then SVP will work.

от вас конкретики не получить... вот сразу после того как увидели зеленую (черную) полосу - отправьте сообщение об ошибке через программу
