I just look at your video. So your video is killed by your video editor. Nothing interesting in 30 fps. Give me 60 fps or give me a source. It will be much better.

Is Fraps can capture 60 fps without frame drops?
I recommend to use NVIDIA ShadowPlay or Mirillis Action!. They have hardware acceleration of capturing at 60 fps FullHD.

I look to you profile You have AMD Radeon GPU so both utils are not for you. Sorry.

how do u explain the 0 frame/delay drop ... and it only ocures at Specific timeframes from that movie
It is simple. The source video and the algorithm give that result. I have algorithm but I don't have your source video.

Uncheck this option. I think we will remove this option in next version of SVP because it is usual user's mistake to enable it.

Screen size and refresh rate: 1600x900 pixels, 59.855 Hz
Resulting video frame rate: 59.94 fps

Just use ReClock to sync video framerate to monitor refresh rate. In this case it will be the best solution.

Yes. Quality of bilinear is worst. DXVA2 is better than Bilinear. Jinc is better than DXVA2.

Yes. You can do it to get more quality with no dropped frames.
Remember: different frame resolution make different GPU load when GPU shaders (Jinc etc.) are used.

Lets test your GPU weakness.
Try values DXVA2 or Bilinear of settings: chroma upscaling, image upscaling, image downscaling (madVR settings - scaling algorithms).

Show your madVR statistic in fullscreen mode (ctrl-j hotkey) if issue still there.
And show SVP additional information (SVP tray menu - Information - Additional information).

SVP Index:0.41/0.40

I think 0.4 is magic number. 24/60 = 0.4.
I think it is wrong fps detection by player at video start playing.
Try this: open video without SVP and uncheck avisynth option in ffdShow in system tray. Then open SVP. It must help.

«Хоббит» в наших кинотеатрах выходит в четырех форматах: обычное 3D, 3D c частотой 48 кадров, 3D в креслах D-box, обычный формат без 3D. Все расписано по залам.

В Иркутске HFR версию Хоббита можно будет посмотреть завтра уже в трех кинотеатрах: Баргузин, Карамель, Кино Джем
В этом списке по какой-то причине нет кинотеатра "Звездный", где я смотрел первую часть Хоббита в HFR.

I know. Only in some cases. I want to say the option you using is wrong. I recommend:

Uncheck option 'Blend frames to screen refresh rate' in SVP profile settings window. It is harmfully to video quality and give additional load to CPU.

I think to delete this option from next version of SVP.

Youtube is bad service to share 60 fps video. It can only 30 fps. And it always does reencoding with quality losses.
Mediafire I can download and watch only at home after 8 hours from now.

How did you capture this video?
Capture program usually make SVP performance worse.
Why you share not source but edited video?
Do you think you video editor keep video quality untouchable?

It is either SVP interpolation mode setting switched smoothness at scene changes or your system weakness.
I need to look at 60 fps captured video to clarify it.

About sample. I ask you not about capture. I told about cutting DVD without reencodig. It is needed if you want help in additional advices to increase smoothing quality to this video.

If you using TV via HDMI as computer monitor then 60 Hz is a maximum.
Good alternative is 50 Hz mode for PAL: 25 fps *2 = 50 fps. I can say 50 Hz is close to 60 Hz by smoothness. But much better by artifactless. Try it.

Artifacts - I mean SVP smoothing artifacts: halo-artifacts, waved artifacts, doubling and tripling objects artifacts, jerky objects artifact.
Profile settings - settings in SVP profile settings window.

frame interpolation = uniform max smoothness...
all other settings is default except for the frame crop
It is good. It must give artifacts a little, but not so many as at your screenshot.

Can you cut and share short sample video (5-10 sec) with scene shown at your screenshot?

I think it is multi-display issue.

detected graphics (OpenCL) adapters:
11. GeForce GTX 650 Ti (680)
12. GeForce GT 240 (392)

detected monitors:
1920 x 1080 @ 60.005
1280 x 1024 @ 60.024
1920 x 1080 @ 60.046
1920 x 1080 @ 60.004

Graphic system in some cases can't display 60 fps correctly on not primary monitor in multi-display configuration. Leave one monitor while playing the video (Win-P hotkey) or make it primary.

And do not use madVR on weak GPU (GT 240).

You must to decide it yourself. madVR is good only if you watch video with upscale picture size. If you watch FullHD video on FullHD monitor then madVR do nothing with quality and picture is the same as with another renderers.

BTW madVR has settings to reduce GPU load and upscale quality. Just for weak GPUs.

It is only part of solution. In your case you need to use 'Frame crop - Custom' to completely remove black borders.

Can you make your display to show 72 Hz instead of 60 Hz? It will be more smooth and artifactless than at your screenshot. It will use integer smooth factor 3: 24 fps * 3 = 72 fps. All original frames will be shown.

After look at screenshot I think you change something in profile settings. Please reset your profiles to standard one. It makes minimum artifacts for DVD resolution.

10bit videos downgrade to 8bit if I have ffdshow raw video encoder enabled in my external filters
It is true. SVP can process 8bit depth video only. Any 10bit video becomes 8bit after SVP using.

I have no dropped frames in madVR fullscreen exclusive mode.
Did you disable aero in win7? Then enable it. It can help (see more details there)

You can try to change madVR exclusive mode to madVR overlay mode. To do this:
- go to madVR settings menu - rendering - general settings
- uncheck option 'enable automatic fullscreen exclusive mode'
- check option 'enable windowed overlay (Windows 7 and and newer)'
In some cases it may help.

Performance of your system is normal for it. It must be enough to play 1080p.BluRay.DTS.x264-UNiT3D.mkv. But something is wrong. Maybe filters in your player?
