Topic: Only primary Monitor works with PotPlayer

Hello,

i use svp with potplayer on my second monitor (beamer) at 60hz.
But i see the same glitches as 25hz.
I have to set the secondary monitor to primary, than it works.
I dont't know if this is a problem of the pot player or svp.

Is it possibile to correct this?

thanks

Re: Only primary Monitor works with PotPlayer

It's a Windows OS issue.
High frame rate video playback in a multi monitor configuration is not always working good.

May be it can be avoided by using "full screen exclusive" renderer mode on the secondary screen

Re: Only primary Monitor works with PotPlayer

Windows 8.1 Pro x64, PotPlayer 1.6.47995, EVR Custom Present, SVP 3.1.6, 2560x1440@72Hz, 1920x1080@60Hz, NVIDIA drivers v350.12.
I do not have this problem.

Re: Only primary Monitor works with PotPlayer

Does PotPlayer have a "D3D Fullscreen" function like MPC-HC?  If so, try that.

Alternatively, are you able to use MadVR?  By default it uses a renderer similar to D3D Fullscreen, so you could try that as well (if your PC is low-end, then just use low-quality settings).
