Since yt-dlp is updated quite frequently to keep up with changes on YouTube and other supported sites, an outdated bundled version can cause video URL parsing or downloading to stop working even though the latest standalone yt-dlp works correctly.
Could you please check the yt-dlp version currently bundled with the macOS release of SVP4 and update it to the latest available version?
It would also be helpful if the macOS package could receive yt-dlp updates at the same time as the other platforms, or if SVP4 could provide a way to update the bundled yt-dlp independently.

svpflow2 4.6.0.274: use-after-free при уничтожении фильтра (SmoothFps, SmoothFps_NVOF, SmoothFps_RIFE)
В svpflow2_vs.dll при уничтожении графа VapourSynth плагин освобождает структуру своего инстанса фильтра, а затем — через 0x14 байт кода, в той же функции — вызывает _Mtx_unlock на мьютексе, который лежал внутри этой уже освобождённой структуры. Выглядит как lock_guard, область видимости которого переживает free() владеющего объекта.
Без page heap страница остаётся отображённой, декремент счётчика мьютекса тихо портит память, которую куча уже отдала другому владельцу, и авария всплывает позже и в чужом модуле.
Код освобождения общий для всех трёх точек входа, поэтому задеты и профили без RIFE.
1. Окружение

2. Симптом
Падение при уничтожении графа: закрытие файла, открытие следующего, иногда пересборка скрипта после перемотки.
Без page heap код исключения — 0xc0000374 (heap corruption), тип отказа block_not_busy. Модуль-«виновник» каждый раз разный: akarin, zsmooth, madVR, nvinfer. Это те, кто дёрнул кучу после порчи.
Иногда падение выглядит как зависание: процесс жив, окно не отвечает, стек стоит в ntdll!WerpWaitForCrashReporting — то же падение, ожидающее отчёт об ошибке.
3. Диагноз
Full page heap (gflags /p /enable mpc-hc64.exe /full /size 256 1024), останов отладчика на первом access violation. Ловится на каждом закрытии файла.

4. Воспроизведение без плеера
Плеер, AVSF и DirectShow не нужны: уничтожение узла в обычном скрипте VapourSynth идёт через тот же VSCore::destroyFilterInstance.
Page heap включается по имени образа, поэтому удобна переименованная копия питона из состава SVP:

Сборка плагина задаётся единственным LoadPlugin, в plugins64\ подменять ничего не нужно. Стоковую VapourSynth тоже можно взять без отката установки: положить vapoursynth.pyd и VapourSynth.dll нужной сборки в отдельный каталог и сделать sys.path.insert(0, <каталог>) до первого import vapoursynth, проверив результат по vs.core.core_version.
5. Матрица сборок

6. Что исключено
Рендер: madVR и MPC Video Renderer — одинаково.
Плеер и DirectShow: голый скрипт VapourSynth падает так же.
Версия VapourSynth: R73 и R77 — одинаково.
Сборка AVSF: 1.4.8 # svp и 1.4.9 — одинаково. AVSF лишь инициирует teardown, пара free/unlock целиком внутри svpflow2 и вызывается штатным freeFunc плагина.
Мои фильтры: при всех отключённых падение остаётся.
Состояние системы: после перезагрузки повторяется.
Модуль, сообщающий о порче кучи, её причиной не является.
Дополнительно: если убрать SmoothFps_RIFE из графа (выход RIFE отдаётся дальше напрямую, частота через AssumeFPS), падение исчезает — два прогона под page heap. Как решение не годится (теряется блендинг на сменах сцен и штатная раскладка кадров), но подтверждает, что дело в инстансе фильтра, а не в загрузке DLL.
Готов прогнать любые проверочные сборки svpflow, приложить полный дамп или скрипт.

I have a capture card (Avermedia Extreme Cap UVC BU110). It outputs 60 fps at 1080p normally in mjpeg or yuy2.
When I use SVP 4 with the capture card in say like mpc-be at like 1280x720 at 60 fps, I see no difference in the video.
I tried the different profiles but I didn't see any change.
What do I need to do to get smooth motion (soap opera effect) with the capture card?
Do I need to lower the framerate?
Or should I use another program? Or try non directshow players like mpv?

I'm a lazy person by nature — I believe in automating as much as possible so I never have to think about it. And hey, it's the lazy ones who push the world forward!
I have a fairly specific workflow issue that I haven't been able to solve cleanly, and I'm hoping someone here has a solution or can point me in the right direction.
**My workflow:**
I download video files into a `Download` folder, where I work on syncing subtitles and adjusting the timeline. Once a file is properly subtitled and timed, I move it to a `SUBED` folder for regular viewing.
**The problems I'm running into:**
1. **SVP is unnecessary during subtitle work.** When I'm in the Download folder aligning subtitles, frame interpolation just gets in the way. I don't need SVP active there at all — only in the SUBED folder where I actually watch finished files.
2. **SVP causes stuttering during file moves between the two folders.** When I'm cutting and pasting files between Download and SUBED, SVP tries to process the video while the disk is busy with the file transfer. Since disk I/O for the move takes priority, playback stalls completely and I have to wait for the file transfer to finish before the next file plays properly.
Because of these two issues, I constantly find myself manually toggling "Pause SVP" from the tray menu, which I'd rather not do every single time.
**What I'd like:** A way for SVP to automatically disable itself when playing files outside a specified directory (e.g. anything not under `H:\SUBED`), and re-enable when playing from within that directory. Ideally this would work seamlessly without any manual intervention.
**What I've already tried:**
I attempted to implement this via an mpv Lua script using `observe_property("vf", ...)` to detect when SVP injects its VapourSynth filter and immediately remove it. The detection works correctly, but the approach feels fragile and hacky. I also tried calling the SVP HTTP API (`localhost:9901/rpc?func=setEnabled`), but couldn't get reliable results during active playback.
Is there a proper supported way to achieve directory-based SVP toggling? Any help appreciated.
