			<description><![CDATA[<p>SVP works good with constant framerate (CFR) movies. If you have variable frame rate (VFR) then SVP can work worse. In some cases smoothness is disabled for VFR.<br />What kind of VFR are you watching? Is it anime with opening and ending parts at a different CONSTANT frame rates?<br />If so, SVP can play such videos smoothly. It switches the smoothing ratio as the frame rate is changes.</p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[Frame Rate Changes Problem]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>During video playback, if the frame rate changes in the image, the image darkens momentarily and then goes full screen. When that scene passes, the image returns to normal again. SVP should leave the image as it is, not change the frame rate in any way. Is there a setting where I can change this?</p>]]></description>
