I'm making this topic to try to discovery why my SVP is stuttering/low FPS on higher resolution/bitrate playbacks.
-------> In the examples I will mention I was able to watch before it with SVP on Auto 160FPS

Setup:
R5 5600X 4.5GHz all core
64GB RAM 3733mhz / Dual Rank
RTX 2070 Stock
Storage GEN4 7/7GBps
Player MPC-HC provided from SVP Install + madvr

A few weeks ago, I've tried to watch a simple video that I've downloaded 1920x1080p 29FPS H.264 40m/bitrate and... It stuttered A LOT, this never happened before. Thought it was that video specifically and forgot about it until noticed that I wasnt able to watch some HD content.

The three examples I've watched/was able to reproduce normally with SVP+Madvr on MPC-HC at 160FPS. Didn't touched madVR settings or any configs on SVP. And now I'm having this problem...

I've tried:
1) Reinstalling SVP;
2) Forcing SVP on MPC-HC from K-Lite Codec (without madvr);
3) Disabling/reinstall SVP without madVR;
4) Trying other rendering options on MPC;
5) Experimenting on VLC (same problem);
6) Experimenting on MPV;
7) Rollback NVidia drivers;

.
Now I'm stuck with this problem, having to disable SVP to watch something in HD.
Any ideas or, have any log that I can provide to help solve this issue?
