Hello, I have done things to try to fix my problem : Reset settings from MPC-BE & SVP, reinstalling MPC-BE & SVP, changed decoder, tried changing to AviSynth (Doesn't want it so I stay with ffdshow), tried with and without administrator, followed instructions on official website, tried differents files, changed a lot of stuff

I used CTRL+J in MPC-BE and it detects my 165Hz Monitor, but the frame rate stays at 60FPS (So it doesn't seems like an Nvidia configuration problem)
Whatever I change on SVP, it will still stay at 60 FPS (tried 48FPS and all).
When I try to change it, it seems to react because it displays the SVP frame rate applied, on MPC-BE.

The log event doesn't seems to show much

Tried changing on VLC, allowed permissions on video_filter but says I didn't allowed. I wanted to know if it was MPC-BE's fault.
The thing is I didn't have this problem before.

Edit, before the topic even pops up : It seems the problem is because of the extension of the file.
Somehow, MP4 files are buggy, I guess the only fix is to convert...
I'll post this anyway, in case someone gets stuck for 4 hours like me.
