Another question is i am using 32px because it gives me the smoothest playback but does this have a side effect other than micro stutter in some panning scenes ?

I use 120hz and by blocks setting because block artifacts look better but i have a question. Should i turn gpu rendering off to get the most out of this setting? I asked this question a couple of times but couldn't get a decent answer.

What happens if I select 72 Hz but my TV is limited to 60 Hz?

You can try another settings.
1. Multiplier must be integer: 24 fps *3 = 72 Hz. Switch to 72 Hz mode
2. Artifacts can be lowered by lower smoothing effect. Select 1m- 1.5m- or 2m- interpolation mode in SVP profile.
3. Change artifacts type from waves to squares. They look less visible to human eyes. Select shader 10 in SVP profile.

Hi, komrades!

I've purchased SVP the moment I learned about it.

But I'm not satisfied with the quality: there is an "aura" around moving people. When the background is still and a person is walking across the screen, he/she is surrounded by an outline of background which is moving with the person.

On the one hand, the effect is very subtle. On the other hand, when you notice it once, you can't unsee it. This ruins the impression, I would rather watch unmodified originals.

This does not happen when I use frame rate conversion built into my LG 4K TV.

Hardware: AMD Ryzen 2700X, NVIDIA GeForce 1070 Ti, 64 GB RAM, a 4K TV connected over HDMI, 60 FPS.

SVP Profile: film, fixed 60 FPS, standard settings.

How do I fix it?
