„fullscreen exclusive mode” ON is necessary if you see dropped frames or jumps while playback to eliminate them.
So, if your playback is smooth withou fullscreen exclusive mode then you don't need this mode.

The better chioce is 59 Hz.
It is mean 59.94 Hz. It is just in 2.5 times more than 23.976 fps.

At your first screenshot 59 Hz mode already enabled: 59.93913 ~ 59.94 Hz

what refreshrate I should use in Nvidia Panel: 59 or 60 Hz? When using 23,976 source..

It is very good value. With your 4 dropped frames in statistics it is ideal.

Usual video is shorter than 16 hours. Maximum 3 hours long. You will never see that 1 more dropped frame.

BTW. If you want you can change frc.target.tolerance from 0.02 to 0.01 or even 0.005 in All settings

I'm using MPC HC + SVP Pro+ Madvr+Reclock, what else I can do to have 0 dropped frames?
