So mpc hc for some reason only plays audio now in mono on my left speaker/ear in my headphones, and i tried to reset it, reinstall it, but still only left side.

So i tried another attempt with VLC by adding svp to it with the video filters, but svp can't seem to get write access to the video filter folder. I untick "read only" to give write access, click apply and ok and it says to give admin permission to change this,  press continue, it closes, but when i check the properties, it's back to being read only? Why is it so? VLC isn't running, so should "obey my commands"
