This problem started recently and i even reinstalled windows, still the problem is not gone.
I used SVP manager in the past, all was good. Im using MPC-H as a player. My config is amd fx 8300 no overclock and r9 380, checked video acceleration (tried uncheked).

My MPCH filters are in the attachement
in this order:
LAV audio decoder
LAV video Decoder
ffdshow video decoder
ffdshow raw video filter

I suspect that my problem is somewhat related to ReClock, as i see the Audio correction with a minus sign when the problem occurs ( attached a picture).

I did not modify anything before this problem started.

Seems like disabling the reset on seek made the problem go away, for now
