Hi, you were right, I did the config file using the wordpad and it had added extra markup code in the config lines. Thanks a million for the help, now is working fine.

if there're absolutely no new lines in the log after opening PMP then you just don't have "input-ipc-server" set in the config file

Hi,

I tried so many times during this month that I'm exhausted. I have no idea what it is failing, I'm still not able to see SVP4 working in Plex Media Player. I followed all the steps, I've reinstalled PMP and SVP4 more than 5 times already, SVP4 with all the options but nothing helps. PMP doesn't want to work, mpv works well always but PMP is not working at all.

Can you help me with it?

I am aware of PMP checking mpv-1.dll everytime it uploads, it does it always and I have it working 100 % on Mac OSX but on Windows 10 I'm out of ideas.

Also can you help me with Plex Media player, it seems something is missing there. It was working months ago but now doesn't work at all, nothing, no interpolation neither on screen messages from SVP.

PMP updates itself occasionally, after that you need to replace mpv-1.dll (or delete it from PMP folder) again

it seems could be something related to the codecs but I have no idea about what I need to modify in order to test something that could detect where is the issue

try to turn off hardware video decoder

hwdec=no

in mpv.conf

One thing forgot to say about the artifacts in the videos is that the same videos on Mac using SVP4 don't have any artifacts at all, using mpv or Plex, doesnt' matter.

probably the video file itself is somehow "broken"

and there're several available video decoders in mpv, but from my own experience "auto-copy" always works good

Hi,

I can't use SVP 4 in Windows 10, the video codec is not working properly using mpv, I've attached a picture with the issue. The picture is with artifacts randomly during the movie. It happens like 5/10 times per minute so constantly. Also I can't make work the frame interpolation in Media Player classic, following all the steps in the manual of the wiki even uninstalling it completely and after a fresh install no improvements.

I've also have sent a report through the app.
