The keys are sending now with a rather low speed
ETA for the last key is about 10 hours from now.

I'm check in junk,spam and anywhere it don't have anything  T-T

Well don't worry, I saw a post of another user, he got his yesterday unless there's some time wizardry going on here... GIve it a bit. Go try out 3.1.7a! It's got the new SVPFlow which performs better. (If only it had an updated Avisynth too...)

Hm. Release date is gone.
Does that mean, keys have been sent and my is in SPAM or whereever? Or something else got wrong?

I got my key a little while ago. I'd imagine they're sending out links with a short delay inbetween over a few hours to space out the load on the server. If you don't have it tomorrow and it's not in spam then post back, it could be an unknown issue that needs resolving.
