			<description><![CDATA[<p>SVP 3.1.6, happens usually after automatical cropping was applied. Shift amount is just&nbsp; Depending on video this shift can affect video only, SVP overlay only, nothing, or everything. K-Lite 5.0.5f.</p><p>Ohh, my Windows had a serious damage down to BSODs because I accidentally removed 100+ DLLs from system32 (thanks to Gavrila Martau for treating c:/windows like an ordinary folder) and had several video driver and service pack reinstalls without Windows reinstall. Now this glitch doesn&#039;t show up on the same videos it used to, it seems to disappear. May be it was because I had 2008 NVPerfHUD video driver.</p>]]></description>
