Ohh, my Windows had a serious damage down to BSODs because I accidentally removed 100+ DLLs from system32 (thanks to Gavrila Martau for treating c:/windows like an ordinary folder) and had several video driver and service pack reinstalls without Windows reinstall. Now this glitch doesn't show up on the same videos it used to, it seems to disappear. May be it was because I had 2008 NVPerfHUD video driver.
