@MAG79 I have changed some settings in reclock and now it shows a green colour . So everything is ok.

I have installed it but I don't know how to set it up right. I'm using MPC with madvr LAV-Video/Audio decoder and ffdshow video/audio and SVP.

But Reclock is always yellow and not green.

The refreshrate of the video hadware in reclock is 60.077Hz.

You will never can get equal frequency between video framerate and display refresh rate without ReClock or another speed correcting tool.
It is mean you will see framedrops or frame repeats appears regulary.

Example.

Your video: 23.976 fps
After SVP: 23.976 * (5:2) = 59.94 fps
Your display: 60.002 Hz
59.94 not equal to 60.002

Oh I dont care about ReClock and PowerDVD but my question is how does it benefit me in SVP and if it is really needed?

SVP can't be used with PowerDVD. I can't help. I am not using PowerDVD.
So it is your own business how to use ReClock with PowerDVD.
You can discuss it at official ReClock forum.

When I was trying to play a movie using PowerDVD, if ReClock was enabled the audio sounded messed up and choppy...

I never had a problem with MPC-HC and ReClock but now come to think of it, how is ReClock helping me?

Do I need it or no need? for smooth video playback?
